Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of Guest Obsessed and People Power to life. You will work in the service and production areas of the restaurant, leading a team where guests are placed at the centre of the business, teamwork is essential to deliver on guests’ expectations, and employees are empowered to do their best work.
Responsibilities
- Executing and monitoring promotional activities.
- Employee development and leadership.
- Store merchandising.
- Stock management and stock control.
- Maintaining a safe working environment for all team members and guests.

- Retail or hospitality experience.
