We are committed to delivering exceptional care through highly skilled professionals and are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us continue building an outstanding workforce.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist with the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of administrative positions, while also assisting with recruitment for clinical roles as required.
Experience recruiting within the healthcare, NDIS, disability or community services sectors is highly desirable. A sound understanding of clinical terminology and healthcare environments will be viewed favourably.
This is a remote position offering either part time or full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment for administrative positions.
- Assist with recruitment for clinical roles as required.
- Develop and publish engaging job advertisements across SEEK and other recruitment platforms.
- Source, screen and interview candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and manage pre-employment compliance.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Work collaboratively with managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting administrative and healthcare professionals is highly regarded.
- Previous experience recruiting within healthcare, disability, NDIS or community services will be highly regarded.
- A good understanding of healthcare or clinical environments is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and excellent administrative abilities.
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a remote team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a range of business and recruitment technology platforms.
Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (essential or willing to obtain).
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Full Australian working rights.
