About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking to take the next step in their career and develop their leadership capability. As Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll oversee the delivery of recruitment across the organisation, provide guidance to a Talent Acquisition Advisor, and gain exposure to strategic workforce initiatives, senior stakeholder partnerships, and executive recruitment.

What you'll do:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Partner with leaders to recruit a broad range of roles, including specialist, leadership, and executive positions
- Maintain and enhance our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), recruitment materials, and attraction strategies
- Build talent pipelines and sourcing approaches that attract diverse, high-calibre candidates
- Coach and support hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Advisor, helping build recruitment capability across the organisation

Details:

- Permanent Role, 4 days per week
- Based at our Macquarie Park office, with hybrid working options available

What you'll bring:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (desirable)




- Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing talent acquisition initiatives that support business needs
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
- Ability to coach, develop and lead a small team
