We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




- Negotiate offers and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare hiring reports.

Required Skills

- 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles is preferred.
- Solid sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment best practices.
