The Administration Assistant provides administrative support to the Tax Accountant and broader team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in a professional office environment, particularly in taxation, accounting or finance. It would suit a student seeking hands-on experience, or someone who wishes to contribute their skills and give back to the community.

A commitment of 1-2 days per week is required. The role offers an opportunity to learn from an experienced Tax Accountant while supporting a range of administrative activities that may vary from week to week.

Key responsibilities





- Assist with preparing correspondence and other documentation.
- Support tax-related administrative activities as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Monitor and respond to emails as required.

Qualifications and skills (desired/required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic tax knowledge or an interest in taxation is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
