We’re searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Full-Time & Part-Time Team Leader to join Tea Republic at various locations. As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with daily operations while being a positive, hands-on leader for the team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring and motivating others, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll be an essential point of contact for team members, customers and suppliers while ensuring our high Tea Republic standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team to deliver exceptional customer service that reflects Tea Republic’s brand.
- Assist with daily store operations including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, stock management and hygiene compliance.
- Train, coach and guide team members to ensure consistent performance and operational standards.
- Maintain store presentation, product quality and accurate preparation in line with Tea Republic guidelines.
- Support sales performance by helping monitor KPIs,
managing customer feedback and fostering a positive team culture.
What We’re Looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or supervisory role, ideally in F&B; or hospitality
- Availability to work part time, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Confident in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, reliable and proactive with strong communication skills
- Ability to follow operations processes and support team performance
- Fluency in a second language is a bonus
