Team Lead – Mental Wellbeing Services

- Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time opportunity:Minimum3 days per week (Monday to Friday)
- Based in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sydney with flexible working hours & work from home!
- Generous Salary Package:$125-140k+ Super + $2500 PD allowance + bonuses + travel allowances

We are looking for an engaged Team Lead with experience working in the occupational health setting to lead our growing Mental Health team. You will play a meaningful role in improving workplace wellbeing and helping organisations create healthier, higher-performing workforces. This role can be based from Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sydney, part time or full time with flexibility around working hours & regular work from home – plus, we are open to all mental health disciplines (Psychology, Rehab Counsellor, OT etc).

In this role you will:

- Lead day-to-day operational delivery of mental wellbeing services at various onsite and telehealth clinics, ensuring quality, consistency and sustainability across the team
- Deliver account management to your customers, ensuring engagement and customer satisfaction with Axis' services
- Provide ongoing mentoring, development and support to your team members including regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews
- Contribute to Axis’ strategy and development as an active member of the Axis’ leadership team
- Deliver against budget and use financial targets to drive continual process improvement
- Consult and collaborate with both employees, managers and organisations to support a happy & healthy workforce

You will bring:

- Strong people leadership potential - with the capability to lead, influence and develop clinicians and multidisciplinary teams (doesn’t need to be in a formal leadership role!)
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Psychologist, OT or Rehabilitation Counsellor - ideally with exposure to workplace mental health, occupational rehabilitation or wellbeing services




- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance clinical quality with business outcomes
- Accredited with AHPRA or Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC)/ Rehabilitation Counselling Association of Australasia (RCAA)
- Professional indemnity insurance and full Australian working rights
- Driver’s licence and access to a private vehicle
- Willingness to undergo background and/or other pre-employment checks
