About the role This is a 12–24 month fixed-term position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.

You'll lead a close-knit team of Support Coordinators, providing mentoring, coaching and day-to-day operational leadership while maintaining your own predominantly Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination caseload.

Working closely with the CEO, you'll play an important role in strengthening our service delivery, supporting staff to thrive, and ensuring participants receive high-quality, person-centred support.

You'll help participants navigate complex systems, build sustainable support networks, reduce risks,



coordinate services and achieve the goals that matter most to them.

About you

You'll bring

- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS, mainstream and community service systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional organisational and documentation skills
- Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, crisis response, interagency collaboration and navigating mainstream service systems.
- Extensive experience delivering NDIS Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Social Work, Nursing (Mental Health), Human Services, Counselling, Psychology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Confidence managing complex participant situations and competing priorities
- A commitment to person-centred, human rights-based practice

You'll also hold (or be willing to obtain):
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Australian Driver Licence and access to a fully insured vehicle
- Australian working rights
