About the Role As the Team Leader Occupational Therapist - Provide clinical leadership and day‑to‑day support to your OT team - Mentor, coach, and supervise clinicians to support their growth and performance - Maintain a reduced clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities - Drive service quality, team culture, and best‑practice care - Partner with senior leadership to support clinic growth and client outcomes About You You’re a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who:
