We're looking for a Team Leader to lead a dedicated team within our Supported Accommodation Programs. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day, supporting people on their recovery journey while leading and empowering a team committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care.

As a leader, you'll play a key role in creating a positive, supportive and recovery-focused environment where both consumers and employees can thrive. You'll provide guidance, coaching and mentorship to your team, foster a strong culture of collaboration and accountability, and help ensure our services continue to deliver positive outcomes for the people who need them most.

What you'll be doing

- Lead, motivate and support a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
- Coach, mentor and develop staff, setting clear expectations and managing performance when required.
- Oversee person-centred, recovery-focused support plans that empower consumers to achieve their goals.
- Manage rosters, tenancy matters and site resources to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, service providers and community partners.
- Manage incidents, feedback and continuous improvement activities to support service quality and compliance.

Your application will go to the top of our shortlist if you have:

- A Certificate IV in Mental Health (or similar), or a relevant qualification in community services, health or human services.
- Leadership experience in mental health, community services, supported accommodation or a similar environment.
- A positive, fair and engaging leadership style,



with the confidence to have courageous conversations when needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- High levels of emotional intelligence, resilience and sound judgement.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a energetic environment.

About Us For 60 years, St Bart’s has supported people experiencing homelessness and severe and persistent mental health issues as they rebuild their lives. We started as a small homeless shelter for men and have grown into a progressive and inclusive organisation providing support to hundreds of Western Australian men, women and families across four key service areas. Our goal is to provide safe, supported accommodation and services to people who need it the most, regardless of background, age, gender or ethnicity.
