About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our team at Raffertys Resort, Cams Wharf. This is a site-based leadership role where you'll co-lead a dedicated team of five, ensuring the resort's gardens, grounds, and outdoor facilities are maintained to the highest standard.

This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading by example, and delivering exceptional results in a high-profile resort environment.





Key Responsibilities

- Co-lead and support a team of five maintenance professionals.
- Coordinate and undertake horticultural and grounds maintenance activities.
- Ensure the presentation and upkeep of gardens, landscaped areas, and outdoor facilities.
- Plan and prioritise daily maintenance tasks to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain a safe working environment and promote safe work practices.
- Carry out general site maintenance duties as required.
- Assist with pool maintenance, including water testing and routine upkeep (training can be provided where required).
- Liaise professionally with site management and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Trade Certificate in Horticulture or equivalent qualification.
