About The Role: The organisation is looking for an APS4-5 Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, coordination and secretariat support to senior executives. This opportunity is suited to an organised and proactive skilled who can manage competing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment and deliver effective executive support.
Indicative Salary: $92,753.00 – $99,113.00 Per annum + Super

Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive, administrative and secretariat support to senior executives
- Manage complex diaries, appointments and competing priorities
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, briefs, papers and meeting minutes
- Track actions, deadlines and follow-up tasks to ensure completion
- Manage executive office workflows,
records and administrative processes
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, SAP, PDMS and EDRMS
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and reconciliations
- Support research, reporting and administrative coordination activities
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Liaise with internal teams and executive support staff to improve coordination
- Contribute to a professional, inclusive and collaborative workplace
Experience & Skills Required
- Experience providing executive assistant or senior administrative support
- Strong diary management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and external contacts
- Strong judgement and discretion when handling sensitive matters
- Experience preparing briefs, reports, correspondence and meeting documents
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office and records management systems
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
