Responsibilities
- As a Retail Sales Assistant/Sleep Coach, you focus on helping people to achieve outcomes with their sleep health.
- Report into the Store Manager and be a natural communicator with a pride and personal interest in what you do.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment where customers are at the heart of the work.
Qualifications and experience
- Previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail role
- Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure
- A strong customer service and sales focus that is always looking for the best outcome for the individual
- Administrative skills to document and process customer enquiries (product usage, purchases, etc.)
- Strong and adaptable communication skills
- An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues
