We are seeking an experienced Project Planner / Scheduler to join our high-performing Projects team and play a key role in the successful delivery of significant resources NPI projects.

This is a role for someone who understands that strong planning is central to strong project delivery. You will develop, maintain and analyse project schedules, provide transparent reporting, identify critical path risks and work closely with project teams, site stakeholders and cost control to keep projects aligned, informed and moving. The role will involve some trips to site.

The role

Reporting to the project leadership team, you will support the planning, scheduling and reporting requirements across key resources projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing, maintaining and updating detailed project schedules using Primavera P6

- Monitoring project progress and providing accurate schedule analysis and reporting





- Supporting project delivery teams with planning, scheduling and progress tracking

- Identifying schedule risks, critical path impacts and opportunities for improvement

- Producing weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules and performance metrics

- Working closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment

- Supporting schedule reviews, progress updates and project reporting requirements

- Working closely with the Cost Controller to support alignment between schedule progress, project performance and cost reporting

- Providing clear, practical planning advice to help project teams make informed decisions

- Maintaining accurate schedule records and promoting strong planning discipline across the project lifecycle

About you

You are an experienced Project Planner / Scheduler who enjoys working closely with project teams and understands the importance of accurate, practical and reliable project controls.

You are detail-focused, commercially aware and confident communicating with a broad range of stakeholders. You can work autonomously, manage competing priorities and provide clear schedule insight in a fast-paced project environment.

You will bring:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Planner / Scheduler on mining, construction, resources, NPI or commissioning projects

- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential)

- Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies and critical path analysis





- Experience producing look-ahead schedules, progress reports and performance metrics

- Ability to identify schedule risk, analyse impacts and communicate issues early

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- High attention to detail and strong organisational capability

- Ability to work autonomously while supporting broader project teams

- Strong MS Office capability, particularly Excel

- A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
