Il Falco is all about flavour, atmosphere, and making people feel at home in the heart of Mount Hawthorn. We’re looking for a Cook who loves Italian food, knows their way around pizza and pasta, and wants to play a key role in a busy, well-run kitchen - without the grind of early mornings or late nights.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys cooking great food, supporting the Head Chef, and helping lead a small, motivated team. You’ll be part of a venue that values quality, consistency, and a positive kitchen culture.

What you’ll be doing

- Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Cooking authentic Italian dishes and pizzas during service
- Helping maintain smooth, organised, and efficient service
- Assisting with prep, stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
- Training and supporting junior kitchen staff
- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and high standards at all times




- Working closely with front of house to deliver a great overall guest experience

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience as a Cook
- Solid background in Italian cuisine and pizza-making
- Calm, organised, and reliable under pressure
- A team player with leadership instincts and positive communication skills
- Someone who genuinely cares about consistency, quality, and customer experience
