Wanneroo Crane Hire is seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy crane hire division.
This role will be based in Wangara or High Wycombe.
This is a hands-on role that sits at the heart of our business, coordinating people, equipment and customers to ensure jobs are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.

About the Role
As our Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating crane bookings, scheduling operators and equipment, managing customer relationships, ensuring safety compliance, overseeing job documentation and supporting the smooth operation of the business.
No two days are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and coordinate crane hire bookings
- Schedule cranes, operators and riggers for daily jobs
- Maximise fleet utilisation and operational efficiency
- Liaise with customers regarding job requirements and site access
- Ensure all jobs meet company safety and compliance requirements
- Oversee job documentation and worksheets to ensure timely, accurate invoicing
- Help maintain equipment registers and compliance records
- Support continuous improvement of systems and processes
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office experience essential)
- Experience in scheduling, logistics, transport, equipment hire or construction
- Knowledge of the crane, transport or construction industry
