In this hands-on role, you'll deliver a wide range of carpentry and building maintenance services across the Health Service. Working across a diverse range of healthcare sites, you'll identify and resolve maintenance issues, coordinate day-to-day repairs, and contribute to the ongoing reliability of our facilities. You'll use your practical skills and problem-solving ability to deliver high-quality workmanship while ensuring compliance with safety standards and minimising disruption to clinical services.

This is a rewarding opportunity to apply your trade skills in a role that makes a real difference—supporting the delivery of high-quality healthcare by helping create safe, well-maintained spaces for the community.

- Work collaboratively within the Facilities and Engineering team, supporting colleagues and apprentices while contributing to continuous improvement and the achievement of operational objectives
- Maintain compliance with all safety, legislative, and organisational requirements by following relevant policies, maintaining accurate documentation, and promoting a safe environment for patients, staff, visitors, and contractors

- Experience using computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)

and the ability to coordinate maintenance or minor project works while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service
