About The Role

As our Manufacturing Night Shift Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of our Prepared Foods production team. You'll be responsible for creating a safe, engaged and high-performing work environment while ensuring production plans are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll coach and develop team members, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and partner closely with colleagues across production, quality, maintenance and supply chain functions.

What you’ll be doing

- Leading and supporting production teams during night shift operations
- Creating a strong safety-first culture and promoting safe work practices
- Coaching, developing and motivating team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting quality and food safety standards across manufacturing activities
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve production objectives
- Supporting workforce planning, employee engagement and performance conversations
- Ensuring compliance with company policies,



procedures and regulatory requirements

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

- Experience leading teams in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, supply chain or other operational environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to motivate, coach and develop others
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- A commitment to safety, quality and customer outcomes
- The ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
