As the Restaurant Manager at GYG , you will lead daily operations, empower the team through coaching and training, and manage your restaurant's P&L.; You will maintain the highest standards of quality, adhere to all procedures, and embody the GYG spirit.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction
- Coach, train and develop team members to deliver outstanding service
- Manage the restaurant’s P&L; and monitor financial performance
- Uphold company procedures, safety, and brand standards
- Lead by example and embody the GYG culture in all activities

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L; opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
- Previous success in meeting KPI’s
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
