SpanSet Australia is seeking a full time RTO Trainer/Assessor to deliver accredited training and competency assessments. Reporting to the CEO, you will coordinate training programs and ensure compliance with ASQA standards while promoting SpanSet's RTO solutions to clients.

You will also drive business development by engaging with employers, attending client meetings, and integrating RTO offerings with product sales, supported by a team and administrative resources.
