Anglicare Victoria is seeking a Rapid Response Practitioner to work with two families at a time, providing short-term, intensive in-home support up to 15 hours per week from our Preston office.

You will develop safety-focused plans with child protection, use strengths-based coaching, and collaborate with families to address crisis needs, ensuring a safe and supportive home setting. This fixed-term role runs to 16 April 2027 with opportunities for professional growth.
