Senior Speech Pathologist – Revesby, NSW. In this role, you will work with a diverse caseload and deliver therapy in our purpose-built clinic as well as in the community. Responsibilities
- Drive and lead your own caseload, delivering exceptional care to participants.
- Utilise a purpose-built clinic environment with gymnasiums, sensory and treatment rooms to support client goals.
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred speech therapy to a wide range of NDIS participants.
- Participate in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals that support independent functioning.
- Reporting: complete disciplinary or grievance reporting where required, assist in record-keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Completed Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
- Full SPA Registration.
- Valid Australian driver’s license and access to a car.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
