Incycle is seeking motivated and safety-focused Paste Crew Operators to join our team on the Cowal Gold Mine Project , located near West Wyalong, NSW . This is a full‑time chance on a long‑term 5‑year project , offering stability, great roster balance, and the chance to be part of a high‑performing underground team.

About the Role

Working as part of our underground paste/construction crew, you’ll be responsible for supporting paste fill operations and assisting with underground construction activities to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.

Roster & Benefits

- Lifestyle 2/2 roster (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off)
- FIFO options available

Preferred Experience

- Underground paste crew experience
- Underground construction crew experience
- Civil construction backgrounds looking to transition into underground mining
- Trade‑qualified Boilermakers wanting a career change into mining
