We are growing our Building Services team and looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join us in Brisbane. You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects spanning multiple sectors, contributing to high‑quality mechanical services design solutions as part of a collaborative and experienced team.

What is your role?

You will contribute to the technical delivery of mechanical services design across a broad range of project types and sectors, working closely with senior engineers and Associates who will support your development and give you increasing responsibility as your confidence grows. From HVAC design through to documentation and design coordination, you will be involved in meaningful work from day one.

You will also have direct involvement in project management and client liaison, attending meetings,



coordinating with other disciplines and developing the professional skills that build a long‑term consulting career. With four or more years of experience, you bring enough foundation to hit the ground running, and enough runway to grow significantly in this role.

About You

- You have built a solid technical foundation in mechanical services and you are ready for a role where the work is more varied, the team is more collaborative, and the path forward is clearer. You take your work seriously, ask good questions, and are developing the client presence that will carry you through to the next level.
- You have four or more years of experience in mechanical services design in a building services consulting environment.
- You have sound working knowledge of HVAC systems,



mechanical plant selection and relevant Australian Standards and NCC requirements.
- You are comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously, managing your own time and output while keeping senior team members informed.
- You are beginning to develop your client communication skills and are comfortable attending project meetings and liaising with architects and contractors.
- You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in mechanical engineering and are working towards or hold professional registration in Queensland.
