World Gym Marrickville is seeking a highly skilled and professional Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team. As part of the globally recognised World Gym brand, we are committed to delivering elite-level training experiences backed by over 50 years of industry leadership.

Our Marrickville facility is a premium, locally owned club built for performance, results, and community. We provide members with a complete training environment, including a state-of-the‑art gym floor, dedicated functional and strength zones, Olympic lifting platforms, Reformer Pilates, and a Recovery & Wellness space featuring saunas and ice baths. With 24/7 access, premium amenities, and a strong member culture, we set the standard for modern fitness facilities in Sydney.

This is an on‑site role for an experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor who takes pride in delivering safe, effective, and results‑driven sessions. You will lead small group classes, ensuring high technical standards while creating an engaging and supportive training environment for members of all levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured, high‑quality Reformer Pilates sessions with a solid focus on technique, control, and progression.
- Provide regressions and progressions to suit a wide range of abilities and goals.




- Maintain a safe and professional studio environment, including equipment setup and cleanliness.
- Build strong relationships with members, supporting their performance, recovery, and long‑term consistency.
- Collaborate with personal trainers and wellness staff to deliver a holistic member experience.
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and inclusive club culture aligned with the World Gym brand.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience delivering Reformer Pilates at a high standard.
- Strong understanding of movement mechanics, mobility, and injury‑aware training principles.
- Confidence leading group sessions while maintaining individual attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Recognised Pilates certification (Reformer or comprehensive) and current First Aid/CPR.
- Experience in a premium gym, studio, or high‑performance environment is highly regarded.
