Learn and grow with us as we tackle the most complex challenges in helping more people to experience a lifetime of hearing.The OpportunityCochlear is looking for a Manufacturing Support Engineer to join the Brisbane Operations team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (starting August 2026).In this position, you will use your technical expertise to support manufacturing and help achieve key targets in the production environment.This role is highly visible and involves working with cross-functional teams to address complex manufacturing challenges, improve processes, and enhance yield, quality, and throughput.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main technical contact for issues related to yield, quality, and throughputAnalyze and resolve complex production problems, offering solutions beyond standard methodsLead investigations into manufacturing rejects, determine root causes, and implement corrective actionsOversee and ensure accurate handling of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and concessionsMaintain compliance with Quality Management Systems and regulatory standardsIdentify and implement improvements in safety, quality,
