Employment Type: Permanent Full‑Time, 38 hours per week.
Pay: up to $38.10 + Superannuation + Advantages.
Role Summary: As a Goodstart Educator, you will work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to design and enhance exceptional learning programs for children, ensuring safety and inclusivity for every child.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement child‑centered learning experiences aligned with EYLF.
- Support children’s safety, wellbeing and development.
- Assist in monitoring and assessing children’s progress.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a respectful and joyful learning environment.
Qualifications
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current WA Working with Children Check.
