This permanent, part‑time opportunity offers hands on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location

Working Hours BSC: 7am-9am; ASC: 2.30pm-6.30pm; Total: 34.50 The Role - Ready to Grow Your Leadership? As the Second in Charge (2IC), you'll be a key leader in delivering high‑quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service. This is an exciting prospect for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on the children, parents, and team.

The Successful

Candidate - Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can train you.

- You're a strong team player with excellent problem‑solving skills and a can‑do, positive attitude.
- Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children.

- Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
