Duties
- Lead the Australian Electrical Engineering division.
- Provide technical leadership across major building services projects.
- Mentor and develop engineers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive business development and identify new opportunities.
- Oversee project delivery and technical quality.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team on business growth.
- Remain technically involved if desired.
About You
- RPEQ Electrical Engineer (essential).
- Extensive experience delivering building services electrical engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC and electrical design principles.
- Experience across commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or mentoring engineers.
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
- Business development experience is highly regarded.
- Passion for building and leading a successful team.
