Duties
- Lead the VIC Structural Engineering division.
- Provide technical leadership across complex structural projects.
- Mentor and develop engineers.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Drive business development and identify growth opportunities.
- Review and oversee structural designs and project delivery.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team on strategic initiatives.
- Remain hands-on technically if desired.
About You
- CPEng Structural Engineer (essential).
- 7 - 10 years Australian structural engineering experience
- Extensive experience delivering commercial, residential and mixed-use structural engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, the NCC and local building regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or mentoring engineers.
- Commercial mindset with strong client relationship skills.
- Business development experience is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for building and growing a successful business.
