Duties
- Lead the Australian Structural Engineering division.
- Provide technical leadership across major structural projects.
- Mentor and develop engineers.
- Build and strengthen client relationships.
- Drive business development and support continued growth.
- Review and oversee structural designs and project delivery.
- Collaborate with the executive team on strategic business initiatives.
- Remain hands-on technically if desired.
About You
- RPEQ Structural Engineer (essential).
- 7 + years experience in Structural Engineering in Australia
- Extensive experience delivering commercial and high-end structural engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and the National Construction Code.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or mentoring engineers.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Business development experience is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
