What you’ll do

Reporting to the business leadership team, you will be responsible for developing new and existing customer accounts, promoting MEPL’s engineered rubber solutions, and supporting growth across target markets.

This is a work-from-home role offering autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to manage your schedule while staying closely connected with customers and the business. Develop and grow new and existing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote rubber compounds, components, anti-vibration mounts, and engineered rubber solutions.
- Identify opportunities across transport, mining, construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.




- Build strong customer relationships through regular contact and site visits.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and support commercial discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

What we’re looking for

- Experience in technical sales, business development, account management, or industrial sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A practical understanding of manufacturing, industrial products, or engineered solutions.
- The ability to work independently in a WFH environment.
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
- Experience in rubber, polymers, transport, mining, construction, or manufacturing would be highly regarded.
