What You’ll Be Doing

- Engaging with customers through inbound and outbound conversations
- Building rapport and maintaining meaningful customer relationships
- Presenting tailored travel and membership opportunities
- Working in a goal-oriented environment focused on performance outcomes
- Managing customer interactions from first contact through to resolution or next step
- Working independently after training while contributing to a supportive team environment

What You’ll Bring





- Confidence engaging customers and building rapport quickly
- Strong communication skills with the ability to keep conversations flowing
- A goal-driven mindset with motivation to achieve results
- Resilience and consistency in a performance-based environment
- Enjoyment of customer interaction, relationship building and structured sales conversations
- Experience in telesales, sales or customer service is beneficial but not essential
