About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Template Designer with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Express to join a leading tourism company on a short-term contract basis. This role is focused on building a suite of reusable, on‑brand internal templates that teams across the business can use for day‑to‑day communications and events.

This is a hands‑on production role — you'll be creating practical, easy‑to‑use templates rather than one‑off creative campaigns, so attention to consistency, brand guidelines, and usability is key.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build a library of internal templates in Adobe Express, including:
- Internal communications (newsletters, announcements, updates)
- Event collateral (signage, run sheets, promotional materials)
- Invitations (internal and external events)
- Digital banners (intranet, email, social/web use)
- Ensure all templates align with brand guidelines (colour, typography, logo usage, tone)




- Create templates that are easy to edit and reuse
- Organise and structure template files for easy handover and future use by internal teams

About You

- Demonstrated expert‑level experience with Adobe Express (essential)
- Robust portfolio showing template/system design work (not just one‑off graphics)
- Experience designing for multiple formats - digital, print‑ready, and document‑based (Word)
- Understanding of brand consistency and design systems
- Ability to work independently and deliver
- Strong communication skills to work with internal stakeholders and gather requirements
- Experience working with travel, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus but not essential
