Due to sustained growth and strong client demand across corporate occupier services, they are expanding their Tenant Representation team. Rather than fitting a candidate into a rigid box, they are seeking talent across a range of seniority levels (Senior Associate through to Associate Director), tailoring the scope, portfolio, and leadership responsibility to your experience and track record.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to national and multinational corporate tenants, managing complex real estate portfolios, negotiating commercial terms, and executing stay-vs-go strategies.

Key responsibilities include

- Tenant Advisory & Strategy: Advise clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, including workplace strategy, site selection, lease structure, and stay-vs-go relocations.
- Lease Negotiation: Lead aggressive lease negotiations, rent reviews, expansions, surrenders, and renewals to secure optimal commercial terms for occupiers.
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Prepare high-level financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and lease comparisons to support client decision-making.
- Business Development & Pitching: Leverage your network to win new tenant representation mandates and build lasting relationships with key corporate decision-makers.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage key corporate accounts,



presenting directly to C-suite executives and CRE heads.

What We Are Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates at varying stages of their senior career path:

- Background: Proven track record in Commercial Real Estate-specifically in Tenant Representation, Corporate Occupier Advisory, or Commercial Agency Leasing.
- Deal Experience: Demonstrated success running mid-to-large scale commercial lease transactions and negotiations.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of current CBD/Metropolitan commercial office markets, market incentives, and lease structures.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong financial modeling skills and technical understanding of real estate fundamentals.
- Qualifications: Relevant Real Estate Licence or Registration (and tertiary qualifications in Property/Commerce preferred).
