Tess’s research includes the use of mathematical modeling, economic evaluation, policy analysis, and molecular epidemiology to inform infectious disease programs and policies and shed light on disease natural history and transmission. She is primarily focused on tuberculosis epidemiology and policy and has a particular interest in prevention and active case finding interventions.
