Test Lead | Large-scale Contact Centre Transformation Program

Your current role An opportunity exists for an experienced Test Lead to join a large-scale Contact Centre Transformation Program. This is a newly created position responsible for leading all testing activities associated with the migration of a core contact centre platform to a cloud-based solution. You will oversee System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, stakeholder engagement, and the coordination of a small testing team, including an offshore Test Analyst.

This is an initial 3-month contract with an immediate start.

What you'll need to succeed





- Proven experience leading testing activities for large-scale telephony or contact centre platform migration projects

- Experience planning and managing ST, SIT, UAT, defect management, and test execution

- Strong stakeholder management skills with business, delivery teams, and external vendors

- Hands-on experience writing and executing test cases

- Previous experience leading or coordinating testing teams

- Exposure to Genesys and/or Amazon Connect is highly desirable

- Experience in telecommunications, utilities, insurance, banking, or similar enterprise environments will be well regarded

What you'll get in return
