Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 38 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA and NSW. We are currently seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Tuohy in Midland on a part-time basis, working three night shifts per week.

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for delivering relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents, while providing clinical supervision of Enrolled Nurses and Carers.

You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

- Deliver relationship-centred care ensuring dignity and respect for residents.




- Provide clinical supervision of Enrolled Nurses and Carers.
- Collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team to support residents and families.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure compliance with care standards.

What you’ll need to succeed

- A tertiary qualification in Nursing (or similar) and AHPRA registration
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in the aged care sector
- A NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Full working rights in Australia
