Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze performance data and make any necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.
- Effectively manage all retail operations within a fashion store workplace.
- Be a role model and lead the team in customer service and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations.
- Guide and train all team members on brand product knowledge and customer service.
- Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established visual merchandising and in‑store communication standards.
- Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock‑to‑floor process.
- Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance.
Qualifications
- Solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales.
- Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Retail leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear.
