Remuneration: Administration Officer Level 2: $69,272.27 - $71,570.21 per annum + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to the Nursing and Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) and ensure the smooth delivery of administrative services across the unit and broader Liverpool Mental Health Service.
- Coordinate information flow, manage documentation, and support patient care through effective administration.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality administrative standards within a mental health context.

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality administrative support within a mental health service.

- Experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally within a healthcare or community setting, with availability to work Monday to Friday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage sensitively and professionally with consumers, families, carers, and staff.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Well-developed computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using electronic systems and databases.
- A commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and respectful care, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
