About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coach and grow your team, smash KPIs, champion safety.
- Lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
- Motivate and inspire team members.
- Train staff, drive floor sales, achieve results.
- Handle visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.

Qualifications

- Retail management or leadership experience.
- Ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
- Natural ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
