Key Responsibilities
- Develop, grow and support the Geely dealer network across Western Australia (WA) , ensuring strong dealer performance and long-term network capability.
- Execute the dealer network strategy within WA , including network expansion, dealer appointments and ongoing optimisation.
- Build solid relationships with dealer principals and dealership management teams to support retail performance and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Network Director and cross-functional teams to implement GAA's sales and network strategy within the WA market.
- Monitor dealer performance against agreed KPIs and develop corrective action plans where required.
- Conduct regular dealer visits, business reviews and quarterly performance meetings.
- Identify and assess potential new dealer opportunities within WA and manage dealer appointments, onboarding, relocations and terminations.
- Ensure Geely Corporate Identity (CI) standards,
operational standards and dealer processes are implemented and maintained across the WA dealer network.
- Conduct dealership audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Review monthly dealer reports, financial performance and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support dealers in developing and implementing action plans to improve sales, customer experience and operational performance.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Aftersales, Marketing and other internal stakeholders to drive network performance.
- Prepare regular network performance reports and provide recommendations to GAA Management.
- Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as reasonably required to support the business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in dealer network, regional operations or channel management within an automotive OEM, importer or large dealer group.
- Strong understanding of dealer retail operations, dealership profitability and network performance management.
- Demonstrated experience managing dealer relationships and driving performance improvements.
- Experience in dealer appointments, onboarding, performance management and network optimisation.
- Sound understanding of dealer standards, Corporate Identity (CI) requirements and compliance processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence dealer principals and senior management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse dealer performance data and develop practical business solutions.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work independently across a geographically dispersed territory.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Western Australia .
