The successful candidate will own investor acquisition, investor relationships and capital distribution, becoming the face of the Sharewise Capital Network.

Key Responsibilities
Investor Acquisition
- Build a database of more than 1,000 current wholesale and sophisticated investors.
- Develop relationships with family offices, business owners and HNW investors.
- Recruit investors through referrals, events and strategic partnerships.
Investor Relationships
- Become the trusted relationship manager for key investors.
- Understand each investor's preferred sectors, typical cheque size and investment objectives.
- Maintain regular communication through meetings, calls and exclusive events.
Investor Distribution
- Lead investor distribution across IPOs, placements and private capital raises.
- Work closely with the ECM team to maximise investor participation and book quality.
- Ensure investors receive timely, accurate and compliant communications.
- Develop and maintain a highly engaged investor community capable of supporting future transactions.
Sharewise Capital Network
- Build and grow the Sharewise Capital Network by hosting premium investor events.
- Managing CEO roadshows.
- Developing exclusive investor experiences.
- Creating Australia's leading independent investment community.
Strategic Partnerships
- Develop referral relationships with accounting firms.
- Private banks.
- Family office advisers.
- Industry associations.
Experience Required
Minimum 10–15 years' experience in one or more of:
- Equity Capital Markets
- Private Wealth
- Institutional Sales
- Capital Markets
- Family Office Advisory
- Investment Banking
- Stockbroking
Preferred backgrounds include:
