The Integrations Manager is the technical connective tissue of our new domestic shipping network. Operating in a quick-paced launch environment, this role sits at the critical intersection of our local commercial operations, external Australian carrier networks and shipping partners, and our global IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a highly collaborative "technical translator" who can jump from troubleshooting daily data payloads and legacy EDI/API mismatches to building data reconciliation dashboards and strategically negotiating for local feature priorities within a matrixed global engineering pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the Integration Architecture: Learn the ins and outs of Orange Connex’s global systems. You will design, document, and maintain the end-to-end technical solutions that link our domestic carrier networks, shipping partners, and third-party authorized platforms to our core system. This could include architecting hybrid environments that bridge modern RESTful APIs/webhooks with some legacy carrier systems (EDI, SFTP, flat files).
- First-Line Technical Troubleshooting & Data Integrity: Act as the primary point of contact for integration issues. When data flows fail, events arrive out of order, or system exceptions occur, you’ll dive into the technical details (payloads, logic, and code) to diagnose root causes. You will design robust retry mechanisms and error-handling protocols to ensure system idempotency and eliminate duplicate data.
- Performance, Insights & Data Reconciliation: Own the operational health and reporting for all Australian integrations. You’ll develop dashboards to track system uptime, API performance, and data accuracy.
- External Partner Liaison & Technical Validation: Serve as the core technical contact for our external carrier and platform counterparts. You will coordinate system changes, resolve cross-platform issues, and lead technical alignment for new launches.



You will own the translation of physical operational boundaries (e.g., carrier zoning, weight breaks, routing constraints) into technical payload validation rules.
- Local Market Advocate & Global Matrix Navigator: Be the voice of OC Australia. You will translate local commercial and operational needs into clear technical requirements. Navigating a global IT structure, you will use data and commercial impact modeling to influence global engineering teams and successfully advocate for Australia’s feature pipeline in the global backlog.

Qualifications & Experience

Work Experience

- 3+ years of experience in integration management, technical account management, or a hands-on systems operations role within a logistics, e-commerce, or high-growth tech environment.
- Experience in building a brand from scratch.

Language Requirements

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Mandarin a plus

Technical Skills

- Querying & Data: Strong SQL skills, Excel (Advanced), and experience building dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Protocols & Formats: REST APIs, Webhooks, EDI (EDIFACT/X12), SFTP, JSON, and XML
- Tools: Postman (or similar API clients), and system observability platforms (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, Kibana)
