We're working with a major engineering project and are looking to speak with experienced Contract Managers who have a strong background in pre-award, tendering and contract formation on large EPC or infrastructure projects.
This is a hands‑on role where you'll lead the commercial delivery of major contract packages, working closely with engineering and project teams from tender through to contract administration.
The Role You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading the tendering, evaluation and award of major contract packages
- Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and contractual documentation
- Managing contract administration throughout project delivery
- Developing contract strategies and supporting commercial negotiations
- Managing variations, claims, budgets, and commercial risk
- Working closely with engineering and project delivery teams to achieve successful project outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with contractual, legal and company requirements
About You
- 10+ years' experience managing contracts on major EPC, construction or infrastructure projects
- Robust experience in tendering, contract formation and pre-award activities
- Excellent commercial writing and contract drafting skills
- Experience managing variations, claims and contract risk
- The ability to build strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Law or a related discipline (preferred)
