Newmont Australia at Cadia in Orange NSW is seeking a Supervisor – Electrical to lead maintenance of the Concentrators, Blayney Filter Plant, Gold Room and related infrastructure, ensuring reliability and safety. You will design training plans, drive continuous improvement, and manage shift handovers, rosters and work orders while promoting a protected, collaborative team culture.

The role is a 7 on 7 off rotating day and night shift in residential Orange NSW, inviting experienced mining electricians
