Ever wanted to run your own fashion boutique — without the risk of starting one?

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Newcastle Store.

This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, leading a small team and taking pride in running a beautiful, successful store.

You’ll be trusted to manage the store, style customers and create a shopping experience women love coming back to.

As our Store Manager, you’ll be the captain of the style ship, leading a team of trendsetters promoting self-love and making a real difference of how our customers feel about themselves. You will have the ability to run a store as smooth as a silk blouse.

THE ROLE

- Lead and nurture a team
- Promote positivity and valuesMentor and guide team to achieve their goals
- Maintain clear communication with Head Office
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Create memorable experiences for customers
- Be a Privvy brand ambassador

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $34.00 - $44.00 per hour

Experience:

- Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Regional mangement: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (Preferred)
