Start your career in a place filled with laughter, curiosity and tiny everyday “wow” moments, where your work genuinely shapes a child’s first experiences of the world.
At Kindalin, that’s just a normal day.
Join Kindalin as a Trainee Educator and earn while you study towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
You don’t need experience, just curiosity, kindness and a willingness to learn. We’ll teach you the rest.
What you’ll love about this role:
? Earn while you learn
? Paid study time
? Hands-on training
✏️ Support with your coursework
? Mentoring from experienced Educators
? A nationally recognised qualification
? Real career pathways after your traineeship
? A warm, friendly team that supports you from day one
✨✨You’ll be part of a workplace where messy play is encouraged, laughter is normal, and no two days are ever the same.
Kindalin is family owned and operated, with 9 Centre's across the Hills District and over 38 years of experience in early childhood education. We’re known for our warm teams, supportive culture and commitment to helping our Educators grow.
Each day, you’ll help children learn, play, build friendships, discover recent skills and feel safe, supported and excited to come to Kindalin.
We’re looking for someone:
- A bright, enthusiastic and motivated individual who is ready to learn,
grow and give their best each day.
- A genuine passion for working with children and beginning a meaningful career in Early Childhood Education.
- A positive team player with great communication skills, a can-do attitude and a willingness to have fun along the way.
- Someone who is kind, reliable, curious and excited to be part of a supportive early learning community.
- No prior experience is necessary — Kindalin will provide the training, mentoring and guidance you need to succeed.
- Availability and willingness to work at one of our nine Hills District Centre's, if required.
As part of our commitment to child safety and wellbeing, successful applicants will be required to hold or obtain a valid Working with Children Check, complete a criminal history check and completed GEKKO Certification prior to commencement.
If you are ready to start your career in Early Childhood Education and want to make a difference, then Kindalin is the place for you!
Traineeships are available across our various Kindalin Centre's in the Hills District.
