We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reablement Occupational Therapist in Salisbury. This full-time role offers a competitive pay rate of up to £36 per hour and promises the security of a 3-month contract, with the possibility of an extension. As a Reablement OT, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals after hospital discharge to regain their independence, working 37 hours per week, based at Bourne Hill, Salisbury. What you will do:

- Conduct thorough assessments for individuals following hospital discharge.
- Develop and implement tailored reablement plans to support independence.
- Provide expertise on adaptive equipment and safe practices.
- Collaborate with the wider team to support decision‑making processes.
- Manage your caseload efficiently by prioritising tasks and maintaining accurate records.
- Spend around 50% of your time in the office conducting administration work, with the remaining time divided between home working and community visits.
- Fulfil the needs of your role with the requirement of a full UK driving licence.

- Ability to travel independently for community visits is required.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
