- Receipting and allocating customer payments
- Raising and processing customer invoices
- Managing daily Accounts Receivable transactions and administration
- Assisting with month-end activities
- Maintaining customer master data records
- Supporting the wider Finance team to ensure daily deadlines are met
- Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- A proven track record within Accounts Receivable in a medium to large organisation
- Experience using Microsoft Business Central or a similar ERP system
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- A proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude
